MODAVISION® 2026 unites 12 countries competing for the world’s best designer title.

More than 300 international visitors and participants, a packed Plaza Mayor, and an estimated digital reach exceeding one million impacts marked the International Final of MODAVISION® 2026 held in Castellón.

The International Final of MODAVISION® 2026 brought together representatives from 12 countries in Castellón to compete for the title of Best Designer in the World, further consolidating the city as the host of an international format that combines competition, cultural diversity, and global participation.

Held on May 30 in Castellón’s Plaza Mayor, the final attracted a remarkable audience. Throughout the event, spectator areas remained full, while many additional attendees followed the presentations and closing ceremony from surrounding areas of the square, confirming the strong interest generated by this international edition.

MODAVISION® 2026 welcomed more than 300 international visitors and participants, including designers, models, assistants, production teams, and accompanying guests from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas.

This edition featured representatives from Spain, Indonesia, El Salvador, Peru, Morocco, Argentina, Romania, India, Chile, Ukraine, Hungary, and Switzerland, presenting their creative proposals before an international jury and a global audience.

Following the combined evaluation of the international jury and the official voting system, the results of MODAVISION® 2026 were as follows:

The organization also awarded two Special Recognition Certificates to:

The Best Designer in the World MODAVISION® 2026 award was presented by Alberto Vidal, Councillor for Commerce and Consumer Affairs of the City Council of Castellón, to Pedro Salero, representative of Spain and winner of the 2026 edition.

The results reflect the combination of professional jury evaluation and public participation, one of the distinguishing features of the MODAVISION® format internationally.

The collections were evaluated by an international jury composed of distinguished professionals from the fields of fashion, art, image, and communication, including Antonio Camaró, Elvia Llauder, Rosy Romero, Luci Heavenx, Antonio Soldevila, Ekaterina Chepak, Clara Tena, and Miguel Ángel (Maim).

The final also featured the special participation of Ekaterina Chepak (Ukraine), recognized as Best Designer in the World MODAVISION® 2025, who attended as a special guest and member of the international jury.

Pedro Caballero hosted the MODAVISION® 2026 ceremony, guiding the presentations of the international representatives, the special appearances, and the announcement of the competition results.

During the ceremony, renowned international artist Antonio Camaró presented a lithograph of his own creation to Olga IF, founder of MODAVISION®. During the presentation, he highlighted MODAVISION® as an international platform that brings cultures together through creativity, diversity, and respect, stating:

Antonio Camaró also recognized Olga IF’s years of work in developing an international platform that promotes talent, creativity, and cultural diversity on a global scale.

Beyond the competition itself, MODAVISION® continues to serve as an international platform that promotes creativity, traditional craftsmanship, and cultural heritage from different countries.

Among the special participants was Manuel Contreras (Argentina), who traveled to Castellón to present and internationally showcase the traditional Randa Tucumana, an ancestral handcrafted technique considered part of the cultural heritage of the Province of Tucumán. His participation reflected one of MODAVISION®’s main objectives: using fashion as a tool to preserve, promote, and give international visibility to cultural traditions.

The international development of MODAVISION® is also made possible through the work of its official representatives in different countries and regions, as well as the support of institutions, organizations, and entities committed to promoting creative and cultural talent.

Among them was Patry del Alba, official representative of MODAVISION® Latin America, who coordinated the participation of a delegation from Argentina consisting of designers, models, and accompanying guests who traveled specifically for the competition.

Likewise, Ukraine’s participation was coordinated through FABECH Fashion Week, the official representative of MODAVISION® Ukraine. After obtaining the title of Best Designer in the World MODAVISION® 2025, Ekaterina Chepak continued promoting the project internationally, contributing to the participation of a significant Ukrainian delegation composed of designers, models, and accompanying guests.

Both the second-place achievement of Olga Basarab (Ukraine), the third-place achievement of By Comtesse Isabel (Peru), and the Special Recognition Certificate awarded to Duran Cintia (Argentina) reflect the dedication and work carried out by MODAVISION®’s official representatives in promoting talent from their respective countries.

In particular, the results obtained by Peru and Argentina highlight the work of Patry del Alba, official representative of MODAVISION® Latin America, in promoting and projecting Latin American designers onto the international stage.

Likewise, the second-place achievement of Olga Basarab (Ukraine) reflects the work carried out by Ekaterina Chepak, holder of the title Best Designer in the World MODAVISION® 2025, and by FABECH Fashion Week, official representative of MODAVISION® Ukraine, whose efforts enabled the participation of a prominent Ukrainian delegation of designers, models, and accompanying guests.

Highlights included the children’s collection by U-ZVAR (Ukraine), as well as the participation of by Vel, a project created by two sisters that has become one of the leading references within MODAVISION® Kids. The collection was presented by the young brand ambassador Subotovska Mariia, reflecting the project’s commitment to nurturing new generations of creative talent.

MODAVISION® 2026 was held with the institutional support of the City Council of Castellón, the Provincial Council of Castellón, Turismo Castellón, and Comercio Castellón, helping to project the city internationally and strengthen its position as a destination capable of hosting global cultural initiatives.

The impact of the 2026 edition was also highlighted by Alberto Vidal, Councillor for Commerce and Consumer Affairs of Castellón City Council, who described MODAVISION® as a “resounding success for Castellón” and emphasized that “Plaza Mayor responded exceptionally well and demonstrated its capacity to host top-level international events.”

He also underlined the importance of the international visibility achieved through the participation of representatives from different countries and the impact generated by the competition.

During the first days following the final, MODAVISION®-related publications accumulated more than 533,000 confirmed Instagram views, in addition to thousands of posts, stories, photographs, videos, and pieces of content shared by participants, media outlets, and institutions.

Considering the activity generated by designers, models, media organizations, sponsors, collaborators, and attendees, the organization estimates that the overall reach of MODAVISION® 2026 exceeded one million digital impacts, reflecting the significant international visibility achieved by this edition.
