With a strong background in nursing, she spent over five years working in the emergency room—serving as a frontline healthcare worker during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her time in the ER tested her strength and deepened her commitment to helping others, reinforcing her natural ability to lead and comfort those in crisis. Her medical expertise and dedication to patient care reflect her passion for making a difference in the lives of others every single day.

Three years ago, Raquel embraced a new kind of stage—pageantry. What began as a new challenge quickly turned into a platform for empowerment and advocacy. She has graced numerous runways and modeling events, representing elegance, strength, and self-confidence with grace. Through pageantry, she’s learned to blend her inner compassion with her outer poise, using her voice to inspire and uplift women across her community.

Now proudly holding the title of Mrs. Oregon America 2025, Raquel continues to embody what it means to be both strong and selfless. She represents modern womanhood—balancing beauty and purpose, intellect and influence. Whether she’s in scrubs or on stage, her mission remains the same: to lead with heart, inspire others to chase their passions, and show that true beauty lies in service to others.
