Before I was coming to the US. I used to run my family's business in the residential luxury market. One of the companies is Blanc, where I was in charge of sales & key account management. We had high-profile people among our clients, so I controlled this area to keep the conversion rate high through customer experience. Our excellent taste obsession made us create a fantastic product - novel design kitchens, interiors, and furniture for the most sophisticated customers.
