Drawing Cabaret Couture is an online Fashion Gallery and independent life drawing production company  based in London. Creating Haute Couture performative drawing classes and immersive art events across the globe.

 

Drawing Cabaret Couture was created by model and professional dancer Janet Mayer and artist & set designer Matthew Lawrence. Together they work with some of the finest fashion creatives to bring these fabulous art classes to life online. Matthew designs and builds the most dynamic sets to accompany the designer featured that week whilst Janet with her androgynous poses and flexible movements bring the designers garments alive. All to a carefully planned themed soundtrack as well as narrative promoting the designer and creatives involved.

 

The classes have already gained a huge global following of professional artists illustrators as well as those who simply just want to immerse themselves in this unique new drawing experience. 

 

When taking part in a two-hour art class online you will emerge yourselves into a fresh and fantasy world letting go of preconceptions with focus on colours and shapes whilst taking inspiration from this incredible visual experience. By taking part in such creativity it is both relaxing and meditative and leaves you feeling a sense of content after the class. We do a editorial photo shoot after each class of which we can allow you to have the images also for your publication.
