DFM: Natasha, you were the first runner-up at Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva, 2015. How was your experience and please share with us your fondest memory from the show?
Natasha: My experience at the pageant was great. I had a wonderful time. My fondest memories from the show include spending time with other contestants, having fun, learning so much from Lara Datta. Overall, I just had a wonderful time. A pageant experience is different for everyone but for me it was a very fruitful and happy time. I wasn't being super competitive. I was just happy and focused. I wanted to make friends and better myself.
DFM: You’re a beauty pageant winner. And you know the idea of beauty is constantly re-defined. What is your idea of beauty?
Natasha: My idea of beauty is...you know...a kind soul can really reflect. And also, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I think beauty comes in all forms, colors, and shapes. It’s also about being confident and positive. I think confidence has a huge part to play in it. When you see someone so confident about themselves, you look at them as a very composed and beautiful person. Of course, you have those normal standards of beauty but they’re changing now. Everyone is beautiful in their own way.

DFM: What is the one myth about beauty pageants that you would like to debunk?
Natasha: I think the one myth about beauty pageants is that it’s all about the way you look. However, your personality has a key role to play in it. Obviously, you also have to look a certain way but it’s also your personality
that would really count in.
DFM: You have a huge number of followers on Instagram. How important is social media to you personally & professionally?
Natasha: Of course, social media has become a very important platform for everyone. I also love taking pictures and posting them on my Instagram. Even professionally I have been doing a lot of work through social media now. It’s been great but of course in the future I would like to start showing more of my personality on social media because I can also have a very goofy side, which I think I haven’t really shown on my Instagram but I would soon.
DFM: In one of your interviews, you mentioned that your favorite genre of movies is Romantic Comedies. Which is your recent favorite movie in this genre & why?
Natasha: Yes, I love rom-coms. They’re fun and easy to watch. I can’t remember the last one I watched but whenever I have time, I just go to Netflix and pick some new or old rom-coms like Bridget Jones's Diary and start watching it.
DFM: Which TV/Netflix show did you last binge on?
Natasha: The last Netflix show that I binged on was Bridgerton. It was quite a fun show. I watched a bunch of episodes in one night.
DFM: A song that’s stuck in your head recently?
Natasha: Right now, there’s no song stuck in my head but when it does, it does get stuck for a couple of days. I love all sorts of music, whether English or Hindi, new or old. Music is just beautiful.
DFM: Who’s your style inspiration?
Natasha: I don’t really have a style inspiration but of course I pick up from what I see on social media or around me. I do take a lot of ideas from my sister as well who’s studying fashion. But other than that, it’s always whatever I feel comfortable in or feel like wearing.
DFM: Which is the most expensive purchase you made that you regret?
Natasha: I don’t really regret anything that I have bought.
DFM: According to you who is the hottest male actor in India right now?
Natasha: Well, there are a couple of hot actors but I think Vidyut Jammwal is really hot. He’s a very good performer too. I think he’s very fit and handsome.

DFM: What is your guilty pleasure food?
Natasha: I love cheese, cheese on anything.
DFM: At which fashion brand store would you max-out your credit card?
Natasha: I don’t think I would max-out my credit card at a single fashion brand store. I have a couple of favorites, so I would probably distribute amongst those.
DFM: If your Indian friends visit Dubai, where would you take them first?
Natasha: If my friends come from India, I would like to take them to all my favorite restaurants. Food in Dubai is amazing. I would definitely first take them to nice and fancy restaurants here.
DFM: What are your plans for near future??
Natasha: You guys will see it. I will keep you updated on my social media. It's better for the actions to show than me speaking about it, so when it happens, you’ll know it.
DFM: For young girls, who dream like yourself, what word of advice would you like to share with them?
Natasha: To all the young girls out there, I would just say that be positive and confident. Don’t be super competitive with other people. Be yourself. Show your true personality and be a good person. Also, stop comparing yourself with the pictures you see on social media. Everyone has insecurities, flaws, and good things as well. So, don’t compare yourself with anyone. Just be yourself.
