Delhi Fashion Club, Film Expo Host DFW 2026 Auditions SFI

Delhi Fashion Club, in association with Film Expo India and Satyam Fashion Institute (SFI), successfully conducted the Delhi Fashion Week 2026 auditions in Noida, bringing together aspiring Miss and Mrs. models from the region for an opportunity to be part of a major fashion showcase.

The auditions were held at Satyam Fashion Institute, Noida,Esteemed Jury Panel

The Noida auditions were judged by a distinguished panel comprising:

Neetu Malhotra – Principal, Satyam Fashion Institute
Harshit Dhingaun – Celebrity Fashion Director & Chairman, Delhi Fashion Club
Lily Lairenlakpam – Fashion entrepreneur from manipur & DFC Northeast representative

The jury assessed the participating models on their ramp walk, confidence, personality, stage presence, grooming, presentation and overall suitability for the various designer showcases planned for Delhi Fashion Week 2026.

16 Models Shortlisted

Following the auditions, a total of 16 models have been shortlisted from the Noida round. These selected models will proceed towards the next stage of preparation for Delhi Fashion Week 2026 and will have the opportunity to participate in the designer segments presented during the show.

Five Designer Segments to Be Showcased

Delhi Fashion Week 2026 will feature five distinctive designer segments, bringing together fashion, culture, craftsmanship and contemporary creative expression.

Among the key segments are:

1. Viksit Bharat Sutra – Handloom & Khadi Collection
A special showcase celebrating India’s rich handloom heritage and Khadi traditions while presenting them through a contemporary fashion perspective. The segment aims to highlight Indian craftsmanship, textile traditions and the vision of a confident and culturally rooted India.

2. International Reinvent Northeast
A dedicated segment celebrating the fashion, culture, craftsmanship and creative identity of Northeast India. The showcase will provide a platform to present the region’s distinctive aesthetics and talent to a wider audience.

3. Naari Shakti Show – Mrs. Models
A special showcase dedicated to Mrs. models, celebrating women’s confidence, individuality, elegance, strength and achievements. The segment aims to present a powerful representation of contemporary women through fashion and runway presentation.

The remaining two designer segments will further add variety to the fashion week and showcase different designers, collections and creative concepts.

Online Auditions to Select More Models

After the successful Noida auditions, the selection process will now continue through online auditions.

Delhi Fashion Club will select:

12 additional Miss Models
10 additional Mrs. Models

The online audition round will give aspiring models from different cities and regions an opportunity to participate in Delhi Fashion Week 2026 without having to attend a physical audition.

The selected models will undergo further coordination and preparation before the final fashion week showcase.

Delhi Fashion Week 2026 Show

The culmination of the auditions and selection process will be the grand Delhi Fashion Week 2026 showcase.

The grand show will bring together models, designers, fashion institutes, fashion professionals, industry personalities, guests and emerging talent on one platform.

The event will showcase a blend of Indian fashion, contemporary design, handloom and Khadi, regional creativity and women’s empowerment through fashion.

A Platform for Emerging Fashion Talent

Delhi Fashion Club, in association with Film Expo India and Satyam Fashion Institute, aims to create a professional platform where emerging models and designers can gain visibility and experience while connecting with the wider fashion and entertainment industry.

The collaboration also reflects the growing importance of partnerships between fashion organisations, educational institutions and industry platforms in creating opportunities for young talent.

With the Noida auditions successfully completed, the excitement now moves towards the upcoming online auditions and the grand showcase at Bharat Mandapam, ITPO, New Delhi, on 27 August 2026.

Delhi Fashion Week 2026 is set to bring together fashion, talent, culture and creativity on one stage.
