Abbey Clancy Stuns in Cropped Denim Shorts Before Britain’s Next Top Model Shoot in Cape Verde

Abbey Clancy is bringing her decade of industry expertise to the latest batch of hopefuls on Britain’s Next Top Model.

As the competition moves from the UK to the sun-soaked shores of Cape Verde, the 31-year-old judge ensured she was front and center during preparations for the latest challenge.

Currently enjoying a working getaway on the stunning archipelago, Abbey is filming a new commercial for Boohoo.com, set to feature in the upcoming BNTM episode airing tonight on Lifetime at 9 PM.

Relaxing on a picturesque beach, she appeared captivated by the breathtaking surroundings while chatting with the production crew.

Striding across the sandy set, the Strictly Come Dancing winner showcased her toned legs in cropped denim shorts. She paired them with a fitted cream waistcoat and added a vintage-inspired touch with peep-toe platform sandals.

With her eyes shielded behind oversized sunglasses, Abbey stood poised alongside her colleagues as the cameras rolled. Keeping her look effortlessly chic, she accessorized with a simple choker and wore her tousled locks parted down the middle.

Surrounded by a group of curious locals, Abbey observed as the contestants prepared for the day’s shoot, offering guidance to the aspiring models.

Despite her experience on Britain’s Next Top Model, reports suggest that the latest season tested her patience.

Fellow judge and fashion photographer Nicky Johnston told The Sun that season eleven saw tensions rise, with some contestants ignoring instructions and pushing boundaries.

"Last year, Abbey was sympathetic, but this year, she got really frustrated with the girls. We all did at times," he revealed.

"There were tears, feistiness, and even rage. I shouted so loudly at one contestant that they heard me across the hotel—I was just sick of her ignoring what I said."

This season has introduced a striking lineup of hopefuls, including transgender model Talulah-Eve Brown, Gigi Hadid lookalike Alannah Beirne, and fiery redhead Anastasia Ellis.

Speaking to Now magazine, Abbey admitted that the competition has been intense.

"I think it’s bigger and better than last year. We’ve got a great group of girls, and I’m really excited—but I can’t give too much away. You’ll have to watch and see!"

She added, "Put a group of girls in a house together, and you’re bound to have drama! I have two little girls, and I know girls with girls are different from a group of lads.

"But it’s a competition, and they all have the same goal—to win. With so many personalities, there’s bound to be drama!"
