Belarus is making its debut at the Miss Universe pageant this year with the newly crowned Miss Universe Belarus 2024, Karyna Kisialiova.
The 27-year-old pageant veteran emerged victorious over six other finalists in the national competition held on Saturday, September 28, in Minsk.
With extensive experience in pageantry, Karyna has previously competed in various international contests, including Miss Intercontinental, Miss Grand International, Miss Earth, and Miss Eco International.
She has made history as the first-ever Miss Universe Belarus and will now prepare to represent her country at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico this November.
“This incredible journey has been filled with emotions, challenges, and inspiration, and I am grateful to each and every one of you for your support and belief in me,” she shared online.
“I promise my country and the world that I will proudly represent our beautiful Belarus on the international stage. I pledge to use this opportunity to promote important social issues and inspire young girls to follow their dreams and achieve their goals.”
Karyna is a graduate of the Moscow Aviation Institute, holding a degree in public relations. She is also a model and a professional dancer.
